Mattias Barros Labandera

I'm Mattias, a 32-year-old UX designer based in Stockholm.
With a background in social work, I developed a deep understanding of human needs and behavior while working in the social services sector. That foundation, combined with my recently completed education at Kungliga Yrkeshögskolan in UX design, allows me to approach design challenges with empathy, purpose, and user-focused thinking.

I'm now actively seeking a full-time position where I can contribute to meaningful digital experiences. I bring a unique perspective shaped by real-world problem-solving, a passion for intuitive design, and a genuine interest in making technology more accessible and human-centered.

Outside of design, I enjoy expressing my creativity through cooking, photography, and travel. I'm excited to join a forward-thinking team where I can continue to grow, collaborate, and create impactful solutions.
